The Program Manager for the Lubar Entrepreneurship Center plays a key role in designing executing and evaluating innovative programs that advance the centers mission. This position oversees strategic program development internal operations and policy creation while ensuring equity and accessibility across all initiatives. The Program Manager builds andmaintainsstrong relationships with students faculty campus partners community organizations and external collaboratorsrepresentingthe LEC at events and cocreating impactful programming. The role includes supervising student interns guiding crossfunctional teamwork and managing program budgets and financial processes. Additionally the Program Manager supports fundraising efforts engages withdonorsand sponsors andleadsthe development of reports impact summaries and datadriven insights. This is a highly collaborative strategic and creative position that helps shape the entrepreneurial and innovative culture at UWM.
$55000 - $70000/annually.Salarywill bedeterminedbyfinalistsexperience training education and equity-based factors.
Bachelor of Science or equivalent
At leastone year ofrelevant work experience in academic environment
Master of Science or equivalent
Three years of relevant work experience in academic environment
Experience developing academic programs or curriculum
Experience managing operations in large organizations
Fundraising experience
