Your work environment at EXP

In this role you will be a part of theTransportationteam based in Tampa FL

We seek a team player who desires a highly collaborative work environment has excellent client and communication skills and strong design capabilities. We seek a candidate with expertise on the Floridas Department of Transportation (FDOT) roadway types of projects include RRRPavement Only Projects Ride Only SMART Reconstruction and Safety.

What a day at EXP has in store for you

• Effectively negotiate plan monitor and deliver quality projects and consulting services
• Knowledge of FDOT design standards specifications Basis of Estimates and Designer Interface.
• Planning organizing and supervising the work of other transportation professionals
• Lead roadway plans preparation and development efforts
• Direct roadway design engineering projects including signalization and signing and pavement markings
• Ability to work in OpenRoads and 3D Engineering Modeling software
• Understanding of FDOTs QC compliance criteria
• Understanding of FDOTs EQR
• Experience developing negotiating and managing scopes schedules and budgets

What your experience looks like

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 15 years related experience
• Demonstrated experience leading the production and final delivery of FDOT CADD deliverables managing schedule and budget and maintaining high quality work products.
