Job Description

Senior RPA Developer (RPA/UiPath/Automation)

9 month contract with extension

Locations Dallas- Irving TX; Charlotte NC or Chandler AZ

Hybrid onsite 3 days office/2 days remote

Required Skills & Experience

6 7 years of experience in RPA development with ability to operate at a Lead level
Hands-on experience with RPA tools such as UiPath Blue Prism or similar
Strong understanding of APIs system integrations and databases
Advanced Excel skills for data validation reconciliation and analysis
Proven ability to analyze and automate complex manual processes
Strong communication skills with the ability to work across technical and business teams
Experience working as an independent contributor in fast-paced environments

Nice to Have

Experience with contact center platforms or modernization initiatives
Prior experience in large banking environments
Exposure to SaaS migrations or large-scale enterprise transformations
