What to Expect
Internal Audit team is MUFGs independent assurance provider (or third line) actively contributing to effective organisational governance and providing assurance on the effectiveness of governance risk management and internal controls including the manner in which the first and second line business areas achieve risk management and control objectives.

Our mission is to drive the right balance within the business between risk and opportunity. We do this by reviewing the processes and controls in place to mitigate risk and we can add value by improving controls for the sustainable growth of the organisation. As part of this role you will create real evidencable change and as a graduate you will gain experience and understanding across the breadth of banking and build an important knowledge of how the bank works interacting with people across the organisation to drive improvement.

Our 18 month Analyst Programme starts with a comprehensive training programme designed to develop a sound understanding of Internal Audit methodology and approach the strategic objectives of all our businesses in EMEA our clients products processes systems and controls.

Equipped with newfound knowledge youll start within one of our Internal Audit teams where youll gain hands-on work experience. Right from day one youll become an integral member of the team and will be given meaningful work to complete allowing you to start building your experience and expertise within your chosen field.
