Day-to-day youll manage the intake triage and prioritisation of servicedriven incidents applying analytical insight to strengthen system reliability and prevent reoccurring issues. Youll collaborate with development testing service and project teams gaining significant visibility across the business and developing deep technical knowledge.
- Manage intake triage and tracking resolutions of service driven incidents across multiple applications and technology stacks.
- As part of the software development team you will be the primary interface between Service Development Test Project Managers and Business Analysts to ensure effective prioritisation and deployment.
- Validate incident details and allocate issues to the correct development and test teams escalating highimpact cases where required.
- Build deep functional knowledge to support accurate triage and rootcause analysis to ensure correct allocation.
- Identify recurring incident patterns and implement improvements that reduce downtime and enhance operational efficiency.
This role is full time 35 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements with a minimum of 2 days in the office/onsite.
Essential experience of the Senior Development Triage Analyst
- Experience in incident triage operational support or crossfunctional software development.
- Familiarity with multiple applications and understanding of SDLC defect management and deployment processes.
- Proven background working with Development Test and Service in crossfunctional teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and perform rootcause analysis.
- Experience with tools such as Remedy ServiceNow Azure DevOps or SharePoint.
Qualifications for the Senior Development Triage Analyst
- Bachelors degree in IT or related field or relevant experience
- Formal training or working knowledge of SDLC Agile/Scrum methodologies
