Job Summary

Introduction

Take ownership of how data and Hubspotsare used across the Marketing team to drive audience growth campaign effectiveness and commercial performance across portfolio of B2B events

Creat structures and standards

Ensure how HubSpot is used and how data is organised and applied

Bring clarity to how data is tagged segmented and governed

Must be comforatble working closely with marketers sales teams and technical specilaists translating commercial needs into clear data structures and practical solutions

Creat and maintain a scalable how we work toolkit for marketing including playbooks documentation QA checks and clear best practice guidance

Audience and universes management

Hubspot Usage - act as the marketing lead for HubSpot usage ensuring it is used consistently and effectively by marketing

Improve segmentation tagging and filtering

Link data quality and audience health directly to visitor performance exhibitor outcomes and sales leads effectiveness

Improve forecasting

Strong hand-on experience with HubSpot including lists and segmentation forms ads workflows campaigns and reporting

Strong analytical capability with expereince building dashboards and translating data into actionableinsight

Must be highly organised detailfocused and methodical approach

Matric relelvant qualification essentail
