How will you make an impact in this role
This position sits within International Card Services (ICS) Governance & Control Operations and plays an active role in supporting the operationalisation of regulatory initiatives through project coordination process documentation and analysis. The Project Management Analyst will work closely with stakeholders across the Enterprise to define and support the implementation and operationalization of Regulatory and Policy requirements across the area of ICS Governance & Control Operations.
The role is embedded within ICS Governance & Control Operations with a clear reporting line and prioritisation while flexing across regulatory initiatives based on business needs. The initiatives and projects may involve areas such as Artificial Intelligence Governance Third Party Risk Operational Resilience and Regulatory Reporting providing exposure to complex and evolving regulatory requirements
While not structured as a formal rotation the role requires adaptability to contribute to diverse high-priority initiatives arising from regulatory and policy change.
This is a fast-paced development-focused role designed for professionals who are eager to learn and adapt quickly build a broad skill set and gain visibility across a complex international environment.
The role is well suited to candidates from consulting or regulatory advisory backgrounds who are seeking hands-on ownership exposure to regulatory and policy change and the opportunity to help shape sustainable first-line regulatory compliant processes and capabilities.

- Support the delivery and operationalisation of regulatory initiatives across internal projects by coordinating activities documenting processes and supporting implementation efforts
- Work closely with senior team members project leads and a broad range of stakeholders to translate regulatory and policy requirements into clear practical operational actions and deliverables
- Contribute to fast-paced initiatives that may span areas such as artificial intelligence governance third-party risk operational resilience and regulatory reporting gaining broad exposure to complex regulatory topics
- Track actions dependencies risks and issues and support preparation of materials for project meetings governance forums and leadership updates
- Support clear timely communication across teams and stakeholders building confidence in working with senior audiences
- Document current and future-state processes identify opportunities for improvement and optimization and contribute to sustainable delivery approaches
- Collect and analyse data to support progress tracking reporting and informed decision-making
- Synthesize regulatory and policy requirements into clear concise and actionable steps.Adapt quickly to new subject areas teams and priorities building strong delivery coordination and stakeholder management skills in a dynamic environment
- Serve as a trusted coordination partner to stakeholders across international markets escalating issues to leadership when appropriate
- Coordinate across the Governance & Operations teams to ensure initiatives remain on track by building relationships both remotely & face to face and leveraging project management expertise.
- Develop & coordinate scorecard dashboards & senior leader presentation / visits material BURRs.
- Develop and distribute communications from the leadership office that meet the interactive needs of our staff based in the six different locations
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
- Experience supporting regulatory risk policy or operational change initiatives (industry or consulting)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to structure complex information and regulatory requirements
- Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders through clear written and verbal communication
- Proactive curious and adaptable mindset; comfortable working in ambiguity
- Self-directed individual who can work independently with minimal supervision as well as in a team environment.
- Fluent in English additional European language will be a plus.
