Job Summary

About the Role

We are seeking an ELC Administrator to provide high-level support to our Early Learning Centre. This is a varied role that includes managing reception supporting enrolments maintaining records assisting with compliance and quality processes and ensuring families feel welcomed and supported.

The role is primarily administrative but makes a meaningful contribution to the experience of our children families and staff.

About You

  • Experience in an administration preferably in an ELC setting and/or
  • Diploma or Cert 3 qualified in Early Childhood Education
  • Knowledge of OWNA or similar (desirable)
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • The ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
  • Valid Working with Children Check Blue Card or the ability to obtain
