What youll be doing:

If you live local you might know our Baldivis centre At thestart of your day youll walk past our award-winning natureescape (and smile). You will work with our close-knit team ofpassionate educators ensuring our children enjoy an encouraginginclusive safe environment whilst instilling a love for Room Leader will work with you to develop individualisedprograms while maintaining developmental records and keepingparents informed. Then at the end of your shift youll walkout the door (smiling again) knowing the children are continuing todevelop in body mind and spirit.

Youll be great in this role ifyou

• Have infectious enthusiasm and passion in early years education and care
• Have an Acecqa approved Cert III in Early Childhood Education
• Can reflect on your previous experience working as an Early Childhood Educator
• Have an understanding of the National Education and Care Services Regulations 2012 the EYLF and the NQF
• Can obtain a National Police Certificate and Working with Children card
• Can obtain HLTAID012 First Aid certificate or equivalent
