With a healthy and growing pipeline of work we are looking for talented and driven Contract Administrators or Senior Contract Administrator to join new stages about to begin at various Data Centre locations.

In this role you will contribute to commercial performance across major data centre projects within Kapitols centralised commercial structure where procurement and delivery functions operate as specialised streams and work closely together to strengthen governance buying power and project outcomes.

Depending on project requirements and experience you may support procurement activities delivery commercial administration or a combination of both working closely with Senior Contracts Managers and project teams to deliver strong commercial outcomes.

What youll do:

• Drive/manage the subcontract procurement processes including tendering scope review and commercial negotiations where required
• Managed the administration of subcontract agreements in alignment with Kapitol governance and project requirements
• Assist with progress claims variations and financial administration across project stages
• Maintain cost tracking forecasting and financial reporting in collaboration with Project Managers and Senior Contracts Managers
• Monitor head contract obligations notices and commercial correspondence
• Support subcontractor claim processing purchase orders and commercial documentation
• Contribute to monthly commercial reporting cost-to-complete reviews and risk monitoring
• Identify cost or scope risks early and escalate through the commercial team
• Work closely with procurement and delivery teams to maintain strong commercial performance across the project lifecycle
• Support continuous improvement of commercial systems and reporting processes
• Support our Graduates and Cadets in their learning journey

What youll bring:

• Proven experience as a Contract Administrator or Senior Contract Administrator in commercial construction (Tier 1 / Tier 2 experience highly regarded).
• Strong understanding of head contract and subcontract conditions procurement variations progress claims and commercial governance.
• Experience managing high-volume contract administration in fast-paced project environments.
• Excellent financial acumen confident managing forecasts cost plans budgets and commercial reporting.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills with subcontractors and internal stakeholders.
• High level of accuracy attention to detail and documentation discipline.
• Proficiency with construction management systems (Jobpac Procore Aconex or similar).
• Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management Engineering Quantity Surveying or related field.
