Our client is looking to appoint a Drama ECT to start as soon as possible / April 2026. This vibrant and ambitious school has a strong reputation for academic achievement high-quality teaching and exceptional pastoral care with a proven track record of supporting early career teachers.
The successful Drama ECT will deliver engaging and creative lessons across KS3 to KS5 inspiring confidence self-expression and performance skills while developing strong classroom practice.

Salary: MPS (ECT scale)

Drama ECT Experience and Qualifications

Degree in Drama or a closely related subject
QTS (ECTs encouraged to apply)
Strong subject knowledge across the Drama curriculum
Legal right to work in the UK
Willingness to learn reflect and develop classroom practice
Passion for creative and performance-based education
