Job Summary
We are working with an Ofsted-rated Outstanding mixed secondary school in Islington recruiting for a Drama Teacher. The school is renowned for its vibrant creative arts faculty and high-energy productions.
The Role You will teach Drama at KS3 and KS4 delivering a curriculum that balances practical performance with critical theory and stagecraft.
Start Date: ASAP (Full-time Permanent)
Key responsibilities include:
Planning and delivering Outstanding Drama lessons that build student confidence
Directing major school productions and managing the technical theatre team
Preparing students for GCSE performance assessments and written portfolios
Organising trips to Londons West End to enhance the curriculum
Mentoring students for national youth theatre auditions
