About the Role

The successful candidate will take responsibility for the overall management of the school site ensuring that buildings grounds and facilities are safe secure and maintained to a high standard. You will manage the site team and coordinate contractors ensuring that maintenance and improvement projects are delivered effectively.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing the day-to-day operations of the school site and facilities

• Leading and supervising caretakers and site assistants

• Overseeing maintenance repairs and site improvement projects

• Managing contractors and external service providers

• Ensuring compliance with health and safety fire safety and statutory regulations

• Monitoring building systems including heating lighting and security

• Supporting the setup of school events and activities

• Reporting site matters and maintenance plans to senior leadership

Experience and Skills
