About the Role
The successful candidate will take responsibility for the overall management of the school site ensuring that buildings grounds and facilities are safe secure and maintained to a high standard. You will manage the site team and coordinate contractors ensuring that maintenance and improvement projects are delivered effectively.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing the day-to-day operations of the school site and facilities
Leading and supervising caretakers and site assistants
Overseeing maintenance repairs and site improvement projects
Managing contractors and external service providers
Ensuring compliance with health and safety fire safety and statutory regulations
Monitoring building systems including heating lighting and security
Supporting the setup of school events and activities
Reporting site matters and maintenance plans to senior leadership
Experience and Skills
The successful candidate will:
