The Role & ECT Support We are seeking a committed ECT Science Teacher to join us in September 2026. To help you settle in we pair you with both a Senior Technician and a Lead Practitioner mentor. Your induction isnt just a series of meetings; it includes live coaching weekly professional development and the chance to observe master practitioners at work. Our laboratories are exceptional providing you with the tools you need to make Science come alive. This is a permanent role in a school that takes great pride in its culture and is serious about maintaining a healthy workload balance for its staff.

Contract: Full-Time Permanent
Salary: 40317 (M1)
