About the Role

  • Planning and delivering engaging lessons covering microeconomics and macroeconomics

  • Contributing to the development of the Economics curriculum

  • Supporting enrichment opportunities such as debate clubs enterprise projects or economics societies

Experience and Skills

The successful candidate will:

  • Hold QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification

  • Have strong subject knowledge in Economics

  • Be able to deliver engaging and challenging lessons

  • Demonstrate strong classroom management and organisational skills

  • Be passionate about helping students understand the relevance of economics in the modern world

  • Work effectively within a collaborative department
