Key Responsibilities & Duties:

Assist with setup and performance verification of fiber optic testing systems
Configure product samples for environmental and mechanical testing
Perform optical measurements and operate test equipment
Program and operate environmental chambers and track testing progress
Document test results conduct basic data analysis and draft test reports
Assist with troubleshooting failure analysis and maintain a safe organized lab

Requirements:

High School diploma (minimum)
1 2 years of laboratory experience
Good eyesight and ability to handle very small delicate components
Strong hands-on technical aptitude and ability to learn quickly
Ability to maintain a clean safe and organized work area
