Job Summary
Forescout Engineer
Location: NYC Manhattan 3 days on-site weekly

Job Summary:
Requirements:
- 3-5 years hands-on experience with Forescout implementation and management in enterprise environments
- Experience leading or supporting enterprise Forescout deployments
- Proficiency in routing and switching technologies
- Strong knowledge of network protocols and security principles
- Experience with network configuration and management tools
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
- CCNP certification required
- Forescout Certified Administrator (FSCA) or Forescout Certified Engineer (FSCE) preferred
Responsibilities:
- Lead deployment and configuration of Forescout solutions including policy setup device classification and network segmentation
- Create and maintain Forescout implementation templates for consistency and efficiency
- Ensure correct enrollment and configuration of switches and network devices (VLANs ACLs port security etc.)
- Monitor and maintain network security using the Forescout platform including real-time monitoring alerting and reporting
- Oversee all deployment phases: pre-deployment assessment readiness checks and post-deployment validation
- Integrate Forescout with existing network infrastructure (firewalls routers switches security appliances)
- Develop and enforce security policies within Forescout for compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to Forescout and network configurations (connectivity policy violations compliance)
- Maintain comprehensive documentation (configurations processes procedures network diagrams guides manuals)
- Collaborate with network engineers security teams and stakeholders; conduct training and knowledge transfer as needed
