Job Description

Software Engineers with 3 5 years experience to support the Finance & HR Modernization project.

SQL Database experience MUST HAVE
Oracle Database Strongly preferred
TOAD Strongly preferred
Systems Integration: Understanding how modern applications interface with legacy Finance and HR systems.
Modernization Logic: Experience moving legacy data or workflows into modernized environments.
Domain Expertise: Familiarity with Finance and HR business processes (e.g. payroll general ledger or employee data management).

A Software Engineer with 3 5 years of experience helps translate business requirements into technical solutions by contributing to design discussions and writing reliable maintainable code. They understand the key applications in their area and how those systems support business needs. They troubleshoot moderately complex issues support small development efforts and may assist or guide less experienced team members while continuing to grow technical depth and ownership.
