has a client hiring an OCM Program Manager to join their team. This individual will support a large-scale initiative assist the program manager and stretch across operational verticals primarily focused on executing the technology roadmap. The role will likely develop into project management delivery for one of the vertical teams once foundational OCM work is complete. The client needs someone who is able to work autonomously create effective communications and act as a sounding board for change strategies. The ultimate goal is for this individual to quickly assess find their fit and operate with some independence and minimal intervention.

Required Skills : Role Requirements: Strong OCM fundamentals project delivery experience and the ability to work independently An individual who can handle both OCM and Project Management Ability to execute decisions quickly Strong communication skills
