Details:- Monday - Friday - 7a-5p
- Facility Location: 2222 N Nevada Ave Colorado Springs CO 80907
- Setting: Inpatient Trauma - Level I
- Required Procedures/Job Duties: consults rounding H&P first assist as needed (not guaranteed) and general support of the orthopedic surgeon on call.
- EMR: Epic
- Support Staff: None
- Reason for Coverage: PAs out of office and coverage needed to maintain surgeon coverage.
EMR Required Training:
- Credentialing (standard) Preapp and full app must be completed and submitted to move provider into applicant in training to generate AD account and begin EMR account set up. Once AD account creation begins it can take up to 5 days to create account.
- Module (learn lessons) Must be completed prior to virtual EMR training to attend the training.
- EMR Virtual (PPL) training Only able to attend if Modules are completed before training. Virtual training must be completed at least one week prior to the providers first day.
- First Day Details - Site requires completion of EMR Modules and training before first day details can be released.
- All candidates must complete the following EMR questionnaire and detail it in the notes section of the candidates submission at time of presentation.
- What are the # of years of epic experience they have
- When was the last time (MM/YYYY) that they used Epic
- What is the name of the last facility the provider used EPIC
- Can you provide me with a photo large enough to add to a badge and not become pixelated - Please attach photo in documents section

- AANP or ANCC Certified and/or NCCPA Certified - REQURIED
- A Self-Query NPDB report is mandatory at the time of presentation. The Self-Query NPDB report must be dated within 30 days of the presentation date. - REQUIRED
- Active CO License or Compact RN license (NURSYS Report - must disclose) - REQURIED
- Active BLS - HIGHLY PREFERRED - Must be willing to obtain prior to shift start.
- Active DEA - REQUIRED - Required for credentialing (site will consider a transferred DEA however must keep this DEA for the duration of the assignment not just for shifts worked.)
- All Providers must detail if they have a DEA that is transferable or will be applying for a new DEA - REQUIRED
- Providers must detail where they are traveling from as the site will not accept local candidates - REQUIRED
- Candidates must be available for the dates in job description and must detail all of the shifts they can fill Feb-Mar to be considered - REQUIRED
