Job Summary

Responsibilities:

Assist in developing Statements of Work (SOW) project charters detailed plans schedules milestones risk analysis cost estimates and translating high-level requirements into actionable deliverables.

Ensure projects adhere to PMO methodologies processes tools and compliance with governance regulatory and data privacy requirements.

Support day-to-day project execution including task tracking schedule management risk identification issue resolution and monitoring critical metrics like milestones budgets and resource utilization.

Prepare and maintain project documentation status reports dashboards change requests risk and issue logs and materials for internal and external stakeholder updates.

Participate in governance meetings provide progress updates to project leads review presentations and support executive-level reporting and briefings.

Engage in daily stand-ups sprint planning reviews and retrospectives to ensure timely project delivery and continuous improvement.

Support the design and establishment of tailored PMOs ensuring robust program/project tracking and reporting including executive summaries and dashboards for leadership.

Participate in post-project assessments to identify successful and unsuccessful elements and support preparation of invoices and project financial documentation.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree required.

Minimum 6 years of experience in project management experience ideally with large-scale IT initiatives with a proven track record of supporting or leading technology or transformation projects.

Project Management Certifications - Project Management Professional (PMP) Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Certified associate in project management (CAPM) are preferred.

Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies and best practices; experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira and Trello.

Project Manager tool proficiency including Smartsheet MS Project MS Planner; Microsoft applications include but are not limited to Word Excel PowerPoint Publisher Access etc.; AI augmentation proficiency.

Proven recognition of excellent professional accomplishment(s) demonstrating strong self-motivation organization time-management and deductive problem-solving skills.
