Job Title: Assistant Manager Administration & Facilities
Location: Mumbai
Job Description We are hiring an Assistant Manager Administration & Facilities to manage day-to-day office administration and facilities operations. The role focuses on smooth office functioning vendor coordination compliance and employee support in a corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities -
Manage daily office administration and facilities operations

Handle vendors for housekeeping pantry security maintenance etc.

Manage contracts AMCs invoices and payments
-
Ensure office hygiene safety standards and compliance
-
Coordinate front office travel and office events
-
Support employee engagement and workplace experience
-
Prepare MIS reports and support budgeting activities
-
Supervise support staff and ensure SOP compliance
Requirements -
Experience: 5 8 years in Administration & Facilities

Education: Graduate (Hospitality background preferred)

Location: Mumbai
