Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS) / Informatica Data Management Cloud (IDMC) Administrator to manage monitor and support cloud-based data integration environments. The role focuses on ensuring secure stable and high-performing data operations across enterprise systems.

Note: This role is strictly for IICS / IDMC Administration. PowerCenter experience is not required and will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

Administer and maintain IICS / IDMC environments including orgs users roles and access controls
Monitor data integration jobs schedules and workflows to ensure reliable execution
Perform performance monitoring and tuning for cloud data integration services
Manage connectivity agents runtime environments and upgrades
Troubleshoot and resolve job failures performance issues and platform-related incidents
Implement and maintain security compliance and governance standards
Support release deployments environment refreshes and change management activities
Coordinate with development data engineering and business teams for operational support
Maintain operational documentation and knowledge assets

Mandatory Skills

Strong hands-on experience in IICS / IDMC Administration
Experience managing cloud-based data integration platforms
Good understanding of data integration operations and monitoring

Desired / Good-to-Have Skills

Additional experience in IICS / IDMC Administration (advanced features scaling automation)
Exposure to cloud security and access management concepts

Soft Skills

Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Clear communication and coordination with cross-functional teams
Ability to manage production support in a cloud environment
