The consultant will be responsible for implementing configuring optimizing and supporting Oracle Cloud Payroll within the Oracle HCM Cloud suite. The role requires close collaboration with HR Finance and IT stakeholders to ensure accurate payroll processing statutory compliance and smooth payroll operations across multiple geographies.
Key Responsibilities Oracle Payroll Implementation & Configuration-
Implement and configure Oracle Cloud Payroll solutions.

Configure payroll elements earnings deductions and payroll processing rules.

Support payroll cycles and ensure accurate payroll calculations.

Manage payroll runs and troubleshoot payroll-related issues.

Provide operational support for payroll processing across multiple regions.

Support integrations between Oracle Payroll and other enterprise systems.

Manage payroll data interfaces and ensure data accuracy.

Ensure payroll processes comply with local statutory and regulatory requirements across different countries.

Work closely with HR Finance and IT teams to ensure smooth payroll operations.

Generate payroll reports and support analytical requirements.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide timely updates on payroll activities.

Hands-on experience in Oracle EBS Implementation and Support

Strong ownership of deliverables and ability to ensure on-time delivery with quality
