Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Camunda Administrator to manage support and optimize Camunda BPM platform environments in an offshore delivery model. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in Camunda platform administration upgrades Kubernetes-based deployments and integrations along with excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Key Responsibilities

Install configure administer and support the Camunda BPM platform
Ensure smooth operation availability and performance of Camunda applications
Monitor system health and perform performance tuning and optimization
Provide technical support to development and business users
Design and extend Camunda architecture using Cockpit plugins
Manage integration of Camunda Runtime Container with Spring Framework and Spring Boot
Support and automate business process workflows using Camunda BPM
Design and review BPMN diagrams for the process engine
Build POCs to integrate Camunda workflows with databases and web services
Plan and execute Camunda platform upgrades (including version upgrades such as 8.x to 8.x)
Integrate Camunda with Microsoft Entra (Azure AD) for authentication and authorization
Configure and manage Elasticsearch for Camunda components
Deploy and manage Camunda on AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service) using containers and Docker
Collaborate with client and internal teams demonstrating strong team and stakeholder management

Mandatory Skills

Camunda Administration (hands-on production support)
Strong knowledge of Camunda platform components
Experience in Camunda version upgrades (Camunda 8.x)
Integration with Microsoft Entra (Azure AD)
Elasticsearch configuration and troubleshooting
AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service)
Kubernetes Docker Containers
Strong team handling and client interaction skills
