Minimum 2 years of Global Mobility experience covering:
Relocation
Immigration
Tax coordination
with specific exposure to APJ and EMEA regions
Strong understanding of International Transfers and Assignments
Hands-on experience managing the end-to-end mobility process
Proven ability to coordinate with Relocation Immigration and Tax vendors
Experience ensuring compliance cost control and service-level adherence
Ability to clearly explain relocation processes policies and case progression to:
New hires
Internal transferees
Business stakeholders
Strong written and verbal communication skills especially email handling
Experience in reviewing vendor invoices for tracking and reporting
Ability to generate mobility and data analysis reports for:
Audits
Compliance requirements
High level of attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint)
Comfortable with web-based research
Working knowledge of HR systems / workflow tools
(ATS Workday ServiceNow exposure acceptable; deep expertise not mandatory)
Ability to work independently from India while supporting teams in EMEA and US time zones
Strong organizational prioritization and multitasking skills
Collaborative proactive and customer-focused mindset
Cultural sensitivity and ability to work with diverse global stakeholders
