Project Manager HVAC Controls / Building Automation
An established HVAC Controls and Building Automation company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support service and delivery of low-voltage automated building control systems including HVAC controls security systems CCTV lighting controls and card access systems.
This role is responsible for managing projects from planning through execution ensuring timely delivery technical accuracy and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide consultative support to customers using system trend data and existing condition reports
Manage time priorities and resources efficiently across multiple projects
Identify and communicate issues changes or risks to internal teams promptly
Coordinate with office and field personnel to schedule and complete project tasks on time
Communicate clearly with customers upon arrival and prior to leaving job sites
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and service delivery
Oversee and support controls technicians assigned to projects
Meet regularly with customers to understand system performance and operating challenges
Keep customers informed of services performed outstanding issues and recommended system upgrades or enhancements
Identify and promote opportunities for add-on work and system improvements
Provide customer training on building control and automation systems
Complete job documentation service reports and work orders accurately and on time
Support installation commissioning and network management activities as required
Keep management and customers informed of project progress milestones and issues

Required Experience & Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience with Building Automation Systems (BAS)
At least 5 years of hands-on controls experience.
Strong understanding of HVAC controls and integrated building systems.
Ability to manage multiple projects and communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
