Project Manager
Project Planning & Initiation: Defining project scope goals deliverables and resource requirements (budget staffing equipment).
Execution & Monitoring: Managing day-to-day operations tracking project milestones and maintaining schedules using tools like Jira or MS Project.
Risk Management: Proactively identifying potential risks (scope creep technical challenges resource delays) and implementing mitigation strategies.
Stakeholder Communication: Serving as the liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders providing regular status reports and updates.
Vendor Management: Coordinating with third-party vendors and contractors.
Budget Management: Developing and managing project budgets forecasting and tracking expenditures.
