Experience with Agile delivery
Understanding of digital/technology transformations
Experience with enterprise tools like ServiceNow SharePoint Jira Confluence
Familiarity with organizational psychology or behavior science
Experience in regulatory/compliance driven industries (e.g. BFSI healthcare)
Roles & Responsibilities
1. User Migration Assessment & Planning
Conduct a detailed analysis of all users impacted by the migration
Develop a phased user migration plan based on:
o Number of users per segment
o Number of legacy reports converted to the new Power BI interface
o Readiness and adoption levels
Work closely with global VAP regional leads to:
o Align on migration phases
o Secure buy in
o Finalize timelines aligned with Visas migration deadlines
Maintain a comprehensive migration roadmap with dependency mapping milestones risks and mitigation strategies.
2. Regional Stakeholder Engagement & Coordination
Act as the primary change management contact for one assigned region (NA LAC AP CEMEA or EU).
Partner with regional leads to plan and coordinate:
o UAT and testing activities
o Issue tracking and remediation
o Post testing validation
Ensure clear actionable communication flows between regional leads the central project team and technical teams.
3. Communications & Engagement Management
Develop and deliver region specific communication plans including:
o User announcements
o Migration readiness updates
o Policy or feature change communications
o Pre and post migration advisories
Coordinate creation scheduling and execution of:
o Webinars
o Town halls
o User-facing demos
o FAQ sessions
Build and maintain a clear communication calendar to support timely rollout of updates.

This role is responsible for user migration planning stakeholder engagement communications training coordination and end user support across multiple regions.
The ideal candidate has strong experience in managing complex change initiatives driving user adoption coordinating across time zones and executing structured migration and communication plans at enterprise scale.
Salary range:
$140000 to $150000 per year
