Key Responsibilities

Kitchen Planning & Project Management: Identify client needs and align kitchen solutions accordingly. Plan and review kitchen layouts provide feedback on service drawings present final designs and solutions to clients and collaborate closely with the project team to ensure seamless execution of key account projects and general client orders.

New Business Development Key Accounts: Expand existing key accounts by increasing product lines share of business and implementing strategic growth plans tailored to each account. Develop long-term relationships with decision-makers monitor account performance and ensure alignment with business objectives.

New Business Development New Clients: Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients and business opportunities. Build relationships develop and pitch proposals negotiate agreements close deals and collaborate with internal teams to ensure delivery excellence. Report progress on new business initiatives to the Branch Manager.

Key Account Management: Build strong trusted relationships with key account decision-makers. Understand client requirements manage expectations resolve issues efficiently prepare quotations and work with the projects team to deliver high-quality solutions. Conduct site visits attend meetings and manage the full sales process for assigned clients.

Sales Administration & Problem Solving: Identify and prioritise operational or client-related problems. Gather and analyse relevant data determine root causes develop and implement effective solutions monitor results and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Ensure accurate documentation order execution and communication with technical teams for seamless delivery.
Qualifications

Minimum of 10 years experience in sales or business development including at least 4 years managing large clients and projects.

Proven track record in key account management business growth and project coordination within a corporate or client-focused environment.

Tertiary education in Business Sales Marketing or a related field is preferred.

Demonstrated ability to engage confidently with senior project managers corporate managers and key stakeholders while actively contributing to client relationship growth.
