- Build manage and drive multi-location team across the Globe including external agents / distributors.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong technical understanding of industrial and mechanical engineering products (expertise in thermal designing will be preferred).
- Excellent knowledge of international marketing export procedures and global trade practices.
- Ability to analyse complex tender documents and prepare comprehensive proposals/quotations.
- Exceptional skills in strategic planning negotiation and leadership.
- High level of commercial acumen analytical ability and decision-making.
