Job Summary

Profile:Business Development Manager-Real Estate-Surat-70k

Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales / Direct Sales / Business Development
Experience in real estate investment advisory or property sales preferred

Salary Range:Up to 70000 CTC

Roles:

Lead and manage direct sales and business development activities for the company
Generate and convert qualified leads for real estate investment opportunities
Conduct client meetings presentations and property investment consultations
Drive sales closures and revenue targets for company projects
Develop and maintain strong relationships with investors and clients
Coordinate with marketing and telecalling teams for lead generation and follow-ups
Guide clients through the entire property purchase process including site visits and documentation
Identify new business opportunities partnerships and channel partners
Track sales pipeline maintain CRM data and provide regular sales reports to management

Qualification:

Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred)
