Key Responsibilities 1. Employee Engagement & Culture
- Translate engagement and culture strategies into actionable plans and ensure timely execution.
- Partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to drive engagement initiatives.
- Conduct regular employee check-ins to assess satisfaction and identify concerns.
- Develop and execute action plans to address engagement and experience gaps.
- Act as a change champion and support change management initiatives.
2. Productivity & Performance Management
- Drive timely completion of goal setting talent reviews performance cycles calibrations.
- Support performance discussions investigations and draft Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).
- Analyze exit interview trends employee survey results and provide insights to improve retention and employee experience.
- Coach managers and employees on HR policies processes and HR systems.
- Assess effectiveness of people practices and recommend improvements.
3. Employee Relations & Workplace Harmony
- Build strong professional relationships between managers and employees.
- Lead and manage employee grievances disciplinary matters and conflict resolution.
- Conduct workplace investigations in line with global and India labor laws and company policies.
- Ensure fair timely and ethical resolution of employee issues with accurate documentation.
4. Stakeholder Partnership & Governance
- Partner with leaders to provide strategic HR advice and people solutions.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies labor laws and ethical standards.
- Maintain high standards of confidentiality professionalism and integrity.
Skills & Knowledge
- Proven experience in Employee Relations and Employee Engagement.
- Strong understanding of performance management investigations and compliance.
- Excellent communication influencing and stakeholder management skills.
- High level of integrity judgment and ethical decision-making.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and sense of urgency.
- Tech-savvy with hands-on experience in HR systems and digital platforms.
- Ability to work independently and manage complex situations.
