Key Account Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Key Account Manager with 5-9 years of experience to join our team in Salem Tamil Nadu. As a Key Account Manager you will be instrumental in developing and nurturing strategic relationships with our most important clients driving growth and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction. This is a full-time in-office position where you will play a crucial role in our sales and client management efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and expand business opportunities within key accounts.
- Build and maintain strong long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations.
- Understand client needs and requirements and effectively communicate how our products and services can meet those needs.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement or growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams including sales marketing and product development to ensure seamless client experience and support.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize value for both the client and the company.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing key accounts.
- Stay abreast of industry trends market activities and competitors to inform account strategies.
- Act as a primary point of contact for all client-related issues and escalations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5 to 9 years of proven experience in Key Account Management B2B Sales or a similar client-facing sales role.
- Demonstrated success in Value Selling methodologies and achieving sales quotas.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Salem Tamil Nadu.
