Job Summary
Position: Assistant Manager – Legal(Male)
Location: Cochin
Qulaification:LLB/LLM
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in legal frameworks and litigation handling
Salary : Upto 35000
Key Responsibilities
* NBFC experience is mandatory
* Represent the company in courts and legal proceedings related to company matters.
* Manage and handle litigation cases including coordination with advocates and legal consultants.
* Ensure legal compliance with applicable laws and regulations governing NBFC operations.
* Review draft and vet legal documents agreements notices and contracts
* Preference will be given to candidates from Thrissur or Ernakulam
