Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for US IT requirements (W2 and C2C) from requirement understanding to onboarding
- Work closely with Account Managers and clients to understand job requirements and delivery priorities
- Source screen and submit qualified candidates using job portals referrals social media and internal databases
- Conduct initial candidate screenings covering technical skills communication availability and rate alignment
- Coordinate interviews collect feedback and support offer and onboarding processes
- Maintain accurate and timely updates in the ATS and recruitment trackers
- Ensure compliance with client vendor and internal recruitment processes
- Meet daily weekly and monthly recruitment targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3 to 7 years of experience in US IT Staffing / US Recruitment
- Strong understanding of US staffing models (W2 & C2C)
- Experience working with US time zones and clients
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Hands-on experience with job portals (Dice Monster CareerBuilder LinkedIn etc.)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced target-driven environment
- Experience supporting MSP/VMS clients
- Familiarity with ATS and recruitment dashboards
- Prior onsite experience in a delivery-focused recruitment role
