Job Summary

Tulsi Medicare is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations statutory compliance reconciliations and vendor management. The ideal candidate should be hands-on with Tally company-owned accounting software GST TDS and monthly financial activities.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain books of accounts using Tally and company-owned accounting software
Handle Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) and account reconciliations
Prepare and maintain monthly ledgers and financial statements
Manage GST data filings and reconciliations
Handle TDS data deductions and related compliance
Process vendor bills verify invoices and ensure timely entries
Prepare and issue Debit Notes and Credit Notes
Follow up on outstanding payments with customers and vendors
Coordinate with internal teams and auditors for financial requirements
Ensure accuracy and compliance with company accounting policies

Required Skills & Qualifications

5 6 years of relevant accounting experience
Strong knowledge of Tally and accounting fundamentals
Experience working with custom / company-owned software
Sound understanding of GST TDS BRS and reconciliations
Good knowledge of vendor billing and payment follow-ups
Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Candidate Profile

Experience in healthcare / pharma / manufacturing industry is an advantage
Stable work history and strong accounting discipline
Based in or near North Chennai preferred
