Amrit and Co. is looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant cum Office Coordinator to support the Managing Director and manage day-to-day office coordination. The role demands excellent follow-up skills strong communication and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Work Experience3 to 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant / Secretary to the MD
Prior experience in handling senior management support is mandatory
Graduate from a Secretarial College
Act as Executive Assistant to the Managing Director
Handle correspondence emails and official communications
Manage schedules meetings reminders and follow-ups
Perform excellent follow-up on tasks approvals and commitments (critical role requirement)
Coordinate office activities and ensure smooth daily operations
Maintain documents records and confidential information
Assist in drafting letters reports and presentations
Liaise with internal staff vendors and external stakeholders
Excellent follow-up skills (most important requirement)
Proficient in operating computers
Working knowledge of MS Excel MS Word and Google Sheets
Fast learner and tech-savvy
Good command over spoken and written English
Knowledge of Shorthand
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Salary: per month
