Job Summary

We are looking for a Lead Salesforce Engineer within a pan-European consumer tech platform operating at significant scale.

The team owns long-term product development and builds reliable high-throughput systems where the front end plays a critical role in performance stability and data-driven user experience. This is a core engineering group with real influence on platform evolution and technical direction not a feature factory.

Tasks

As a Lead Salesforce Engineer you will own the technical direction of our Salesforce platform lead development efforts and ensure high-quality scalable solutions. Youll work closely with product and business teams guide engineers and admins and balance hands-on development with technical leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Own the technical design and delivery of Salesforce solutions
Lead development using Apex LWC and Flows
Define and enforce best practices across code automation and deployments
Review code and support technical decision-making
Work closely with product business and Salesforce admins to shape solutions
Oversee integrations with external systems
Ensure security performance and scalability
Mentor and guide Salesforce engineers and admins
Support releases and resolve complex production issues

Requirements

Strong hands-on expertise in Apex Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Flows
Proven experience designing scalable Salesforce architectures
Deep understanding of Salesforce data model security and sharing
Experience leading or owning complex integrations (REST/SOAP APIs external systems)
Strong knowledge of Apex testing debugging and deployment practices
Experience with Git Salesforce DX and CI/CD pipelines
Ability to make technical decisions and set best practices
Experience mentoring engineers and working closely with stakeholders
Comfortable owning features and driving delivery end to end
