Job Summary

Job Title: Senior End User Computing (EUC) Engineer III

Client Location: Rosemead California

Contract Duration: 12 Months

Job Type: Hybrid (2 days from office 3 days WFH)

Shift Timing: 8 am - 5 pm (Monday to Friday)

W2 candidates only

Experience:

5 8 years focused on End User Computing / Modern Workplace
Strong mix of engineering operations quality/experience ownership
Experience working in large enterprise or utility/regulated environments
Exposure to managed services / vendor oversight

Core Strengths Needed:

End-to-end ownership of EUC platforms (Windows macOS iOS M365)
Intune JAMF device management expertise
Strong M365 ecosystem knowledge (Exchange Teams SharePoint OneDrive)
Security-first mindset (Entra ID Conditional Access Defender DLP)
Focus on quality stability telemetry DEX observability
Comfortable presenting to leadership and business stakeholders
Experience improving platforms using Agile / DevOps / ITIL

Matches EUC Quality Operations focus
Strong Intune JAMF M365 and Security coverage
Experience with DEX telemetry and observability
Proven vendor and MSP oversight
Comfortable working with senior leadership
