Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Partnership Taxation Manager (Operating) to join our Accounting & Finance team in Philadelphia. This role is ideal for a CPA with strong technical expertise in partnership taxation and a passion for client service leadership and managing complex tax engagements. The position offers a hybrid work schedule and the opportunity to work in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities -
Review and manage federal and state partnership joint venture and non-corporate entity tax returns

Provide technical expertise in Sub-chapter K partnership taxation and US GAAP

Serve as a trusted advisor to clients delivering exceptional service and maintaining strong relationships

Manage multiple tax engagements and competing priorities efficiently

Lead coach mentor and develop team members; support recruiting and training efforts
-
Participate in business development initiatives and client presentations
-
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a rapidly growing results-driven environment

Travel as needed
Required Qualifications -
CPA license required

Bachelors degree in Accounting

Minimum 6 10 years of progressive tax compliance and/or tax consulting experience

Strong experience with partnership tax returns joint ventures and non-corporate entities

Solid understanding of Sub-chapter K partnership taxation

Background with a top 10 Accounting firm

Excellent analytical technical and tax technology skills

Strong communication leadership and client service skills

Ability to work onsite three days per week in a hybrid model
Preferred Qualifications -
Experience with entity formation and mergers & acquisitions

Demonstrated career stability with minimal job hopping

Proven ability to manage and mentor teams in a fast-paced environment
