Job Summary

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
10 years of overall Industry experience with at least 5 years of Scrum Master/Tech. PM
Strong expertise in Agile/Scrum
Understanding/exposure to overall agile ceremonies and ability to lead those ceremonies
Knowledge of Sharepoint/PowerApps development
Build monitoring alerts and incident response processes
Detailed knowledge of tools like JIRA/SNOW/etc.
Knowledge of managing multiple squads
Able to define/write stories
Onsite/Offshore coordination
Handle/manage multiple teams from multiple vendors
Roles & Responsibilities
Able to develop PowerApps applications
Run key Scrum ceremonies:
o Sprint Planning
o Daily Scrum
o Sprint Review
o Sprint Retrospective
o Backlog Refinement sessions
Liaising/ Interacting with offshore and onsite management and ensure regular discussion and communication among onsite and offshore teams Writing user stories Participate in requirement discussion and convert into user stories Leading and overseeing the project end to end Participates in design discussion and drives the team to achieve the end goal of the program Co-ordinate with multiple teams/vendors Lead/Manage agile ceremonies Manage deliverables Plan/manage releases
