Job Title: Principle Trainer (Resolute HB/PB) (Hybrid)

Job Description:
The Client is seeking an experienced Epic certified Principle trainer in Resolute HB & PB to lead the development delivery and maintenance of role based training programs and training environments (MST) across our Epic ecosystem.
Required Epic Certifications (must be current at time of hire)
- Resolute Hospital Billing Curriculum Certification
- Resolute Professional Billing Curriculum Certification
- TED105 Training Wheels Behind the Scenes Certification
- TED300 Training Environment Build Certification
Curriculum & Content
- Design develop and maintain role based training content for Epic using Microsoft Office and other tools.
- Build comprehensive instructional materials and classroom exercises; maintain related policy and procedure documentation.
- Incorporate stakeholder feedback to continuously improve training programs and administration processes.
- Learn new Epic content areas; consult with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance.
Training Environment (MST)
- Assist with building refreshing and testing MST training environments; validate workflows and roles.
- Provide environmental support troubleshooting and coordination with technical teams.
Delivery & Facilitation
- Co facilitate classroom instruction with other trainers; assist learners during hands on exercises.
- Prepare lessons print materials and set up rooms/environments prior to sessions.
- Present information clearly-both verbally and in writing-to diverse audiences.
- Follow up with trainees outside the classroom and offer additional support.
Educator & Mentor
- Serve as an expert educator to state staff.
- Train-the-trainer: credential and coach additional classroom trainers as needed.
- Teach technical topics to staff and end users when required.
Planning & Administration
- Manage application assignments by prioritizing work creating schedules and adhering to timelines.
- Support curriculum and training development for third party applications as needed.
