We are seeking a professional and well-presented Receptionist / Front Desk Administrator to manage front desk operations and provide essential administrative support in Centurion Gauteng
This role is ideal for someone who is organized personable and able to handle multiple responsibilities in a professional office environment.
Key Responsibilities Act as the first point of contact for clients visitors and staff
Manage reception and switchboard operations
Coordinate boardroom bookings meetings and refreshments
Handle courier services deliveries collections and documentation
Manage office access control and security procedures
Administer stationery pool car bookings Gautrain cards and staff movements
Maintain internal databases staff contact lists and telephone directories
Monitor office hygiene and report maintenance or operational issues
Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Support compliance with internal policies and procedures
Requirements
Matric
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good organizational and administrative abilities
Ability to work with confidential information
Previous reception or front desk experience is advantageous
