The position requires strong attention to customer relations interactive communication skill and problem-solving ability.
Serve customer by providing product and service information.
Handle customer or members queries / complaints through company communication tools in specific language market. (Live Chat social media & others)
Resolve product or service problem by clarifying the customers complaint; determining the cause of the problem and explaining the best solution to solve the problem.
Expedite correction or adjustment for customer complaint follow up to ensure resolution achieved customers satisfaction.
Liaise and coordinate with different internal departments on resolving members cases & complaints in a logical and professional manner.
Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
Promote product and provide quality services to achieve market dominance.
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Any other task that may reasonably assign by supervisor.
Qualifications :
Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelors Degree or any equivalent.
Prefer 1-2 years of working experiences in related filed & position.
Fresh graduate is welcome to apply.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Required system: Windows Operating System.
Familiar with CRM systems and practices.
Good command in spoken and written in English and Tagalog.
Willing to work 8 hours a day 5 days a week on shifting schedule.
Have a stable internet connection of at least 50 mbps speed.
Ability to work under pressure independent.
Problem-solving aptitude.
Pleasant personality and service oriented to different types of character.
Excellent interpersonal & communication abilities.
