Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative withPestPacexperience to support our pest control operations. The ideal candidate will handle customer communications schedule services and provide administrative support in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Interact with customers via phone and email to book services resolve issues and respond to general inquiries.
Schedule customer services and coordinate appointments with the field team.
Assist with daily task management and data entry projects as needed.
Maintain accurate customer and service records in PestPac and other internal systems.
Requirements
Existing knowledge and hands-on experience using PestPac (must-have).
Previous customer service experience including answering phones and performing general administrative tasks.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
Regular consistent and punctual attendance.
Proficient typing and computer skills including Outlook Word and other Windows-based applications.
Comfortable working with dual monitors and navigating multiple systems at once.
Work-from-Home Setup
Laptop or desktop computer headset and two monitors.
Reliable internet connection.
Dedicated workspace that is quiet with minimal background noise and no interruptions during customer calls.
