MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Serve as the HRIS partner supporting designated HCM areas in Workday such as Core HR Benefits Talent Learning Time Tracking and Absence.
Provide consultation to HR leadership building domain knowledge gathering requirements providing solutions and impact analysis.
Work in partnership with stakeholders to ensure data integrity completeness accuracy consistency and currency.
Support in the planning design and configuration of ongoing functionality and new enhancements in assigned functional areas including business process configuration and condition rules.
Participate in the testing of integrations security and annual events; resolve errors and validate data migration.
Resolve service requests issues and defects and escalated cases in relation to Workday.
Serve as subject matter expert on current and upcoming Workday capabilities.
Support change management activities by inputting into user procedures guidelines documentation and training materials produced by other internal resources so that internal clients can properly use and understand new processes and functionality.

Coordinate develop and execute the plans according to the project schedule and key deliverables.
Track and report on progress against the project plan.
Plan daily activities and tasks to complete work according to expected time schedules and deadlines.
Provide input and knowledge sharing with the US-based HRIS team.
Participate in scheduled and ad hoc training to improve policy and process acumen.
Maintain awareness of how changes and developments will impact any integrations working with other internal resources to facilitate the smooth creation/ updates of integrations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Two years of Workday experience including experience in systems implementation production support or managing integrations.
Experience with Excel and Workday EIBs.
Related Workday certification(s) preferred.

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Demonstrated ability to think independently analytically problem solve deliver solutions and results by recommending best practices.
Ability to prioritize workload and provide timeline follow-up and resolution to manage multiple high-priority assignments while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
Strong business acumen within a technical environment.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Ability to adapt to change and effectively prioritize competing duties.
