Job Summary
- Consult subdivision leaders to implement business action plans: resource planning program planning and budgeting of operational support for business demands.
- Collaborate with IT Managers/Service Owners to prepare business-case justifications and cost-benefit analyses for new service management initiatives and purchases.
- Report and publish KPIs Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) at regular intervals.
- Prepare and review internal/external statements of work (SOWs) for the procurement of goods and services.
- Manage and facilitate high profile projects to ensure a timely and smooth completion.
- Prepare executive summaries and weekly performance reports to support decision-making for Executive Management.
- Develop and maintain organizational documentation such as White Paper process flows SOPs memos financial reporting etc.
- Provide insights and recommendations on portfolio adjustments/enhancements based on changing business needs emerging technologies and industry trends to identify of expansion or efficiency opportunities.
- Handle complex issues requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors.
Salary: $62000 - $75000 (DOE)/yr.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Business Analytics Business Information Systems Computer Science Finance or equivalent combination of education and experience in the field.
- 3 years of proven experience in a business analysis or related roles supporting business optimization initiatives with financial reporting responsibility.
- Strong analytical problem-solving and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; other experience in business system tools is a plus.
- Strong written/verbal business communication skills with experience presenting to executives.
- Experience working at an IT environment is a plus.
- Bilingual(English/ Korean)
