- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist
- Strong skills in needs analysis and eliciting requirements from both technical and non technical teams
- Exceptional problem solving skills with strong comfort level in Salesforce; curiosity to find solutions
- Experience with project management tasks including requirements writing/review flow/process diagramming and wireframing
- Salesforce technical knowledge: AppExchange data management reports/dashboards Marketing Cloud or similar CRM systems
Short Description:
Under general supervision analyzes customer business needs and participates in the planning design and implementation of new or enhanced systems.

Key Job Duties:
- Provide ongoing user support including troubleshooting and resolution of complex Salesforce issues.
- Strengthen reporting capabilities by creating advanced Salesforce reports and dashboards (cross filters custom report types).
- Build optimize and integrate advanced Marketing Cloud features (e.g. Cloud Pages for digital communication and data capture workflows).
- Collaborate with Marketing Advising and Digital Communications teams to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce/Marketing Cloud solutions.
- Ensure data quality and consistency across Marketing Cloud and Salesforce including troubleshooting list/segment issues and automation behavior.
- Document processes enhancements and recommendations to support ongoing operational excellence.
