Job Summary
- Design and detailing of various façade elements involving different materialities and systems to meet the complex facade demands of the project.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards as well as international and local codes related to facade design.
- Report to Project Lead to support all project stages including design development and documentation.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and documentation throughout various project phases.
- Provide proactive problem-solving and demonstrate initiative to address design challenges effectively.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in engineering or architecture
- Minimum of 10 years of experience with a facade contractor or consultancy.
- UAE and international experience are essential.
- Strong knowledge of facade systems materials and their applications.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is a must.
- Solid understanding of facade-related industry standards as well as international and local codes.
- Excellent communication organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated proactive and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
